After graduating from The Kinkaid School as a Commended National Merit Scholar and four-year letterman, Kelly went on to double-major at the University of Texas at Austin, where he was Chairman of the Student Events Center Board.. Thereafter, he attended South Texas College of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholar, named to the Dean’s List, received multiple AmJur awards for excellence in the classroom and, ultimately, participated in the school’s esteemed Moot Court advocacy program.
