I began the practice of law over 30 years ago. Since then, I have successfully tried dozens of lawsuits and negotiated hundreds of satisfactory pre-trial settlements.. Upon graduation from law school in 1988, I went to work for the Chief Justice of the Missouri Supreme Court. After my one year clerkship ended, I became a public defender and began trying lawsuits. After I left that office, I opened my own practice in Plaintiffs personal injury, worker’s compensation and employment discrimination cases, expanding to a four lawyer firm.. In 1998 I moved to Texas where I managed and handled all litigation in a small Personal Injury. I then accepted a position and made partner at Strasburger and Price, where I spent 10 years working primarily on the defense side of litigation in the areas of business and commercial law, real estate, construction, intellectual property, probate, labor and employment, and oil and gas. I am also a qualified arbitrator and mediator.. In 2010 I opened my practice in litigation and business and commercial law in Austin Texas. Most recently, I moved to Olympia Washington and this year to Corvallis.. I am authorized to practice law on a temporary permit while the Oregon Bar is processing my request to be licensed through reciprocity. I am working at the Reynolds Law Firm under the supervision of Justin Wirth while application for admission to the Oregon Bar is pending.
