Anotherway good planning helps is to cut down on legal expenses (andsometimes estate taxes) by paving the way for simple and independent estate administration down the road.. Forme as an attorney, this is a fulfilling service. I just love it. One of my favorite aspects of estate planning is getting to knoweach family's unique makeup and circumstances.
