This is particularly true as we emerge from this recession. I have been representing my clients in bankruptcy law since 1978. I am a certified bankruptcy specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. I am a recognized member of the Order of Protectors of Consumer Debtors by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Whether it is a personal bankruptcy or a reorganization to save your business, I can help you through this difficult time to give you the fresh start you and your family or business need. I also help clients deal with the Internal Revenue Service and the Arizona Department of Revenue regarding past due taxes. We are flooded these days with advertisements from out of state firms claiming to know the secrets of how to deal with your tax problems. Unfortunately, most of these firms are scams with no accountability to you. I am an ARIZONA attorney representing ARIZONA clients so I am always here and accountable.
