Mr. Venters was admitted to the North Carolina Bar and United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina in 2013.. Mr. Venters' practice is concentrated in representation of consumers and businesses in Bankruptcy Court; bankruptcy alternatives or "workouts"; and other bankruptcy related matters; collection of debts; trial of civil and commercial disputes; personal injury; landlord/tenant law; and federal criminal law..
