I am a Certified Elder Law Attorney with the National Elder Law Foundation, a recognized specialist with the State Bar of Nevada in Elder Law, and a Nevada representative of the Special Needs Alliance, a national invitation-only group of attorneys focused on special needs trust-related issues.. As a Nevada Medicaid attorney, I have represented clients on all aspects of obtaining Nevada Medicaid benefits to hlep pay for nursing home costs. I also defend against unwanted and unnecessary guardianships and help clients with making their estate plans.. I graduated with a joint law and M.B.A. degree from UNLV in 2007 and also have a bachelors degree in Philosophy from Brigham Young University. I have lived in Southern Nevada since 1989.
