Brian earned his B.A. degree with Major in Community Leadership and Minors in Spanish and Business Administration from Aquinas College and his J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and graduated with honors from both schools. He was also a Quarterfinalist in Cooley Law School’s Fall 2010 Intra-School Moot Court Competition. Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian worked with Susan Im as a Law Clerk, Paralegal, and Legal Assistant in immigration law for over seven years.. Brian is a graduate of the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce and Center for Community Leadership’s Emerging Leaders Series, Class of 2014. Brian is currently serving on the Catholic Lawyer’s Association Board and is the President of the Aquinas College Alumni Board. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Michigan.
