David S. Senawi is an established business and civil litigation attorney. David concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation of all types, including contract matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, construction defects, real estate litigation, collections, and also serves as outside general counsel to small businesses. Additionally, David practices condominium and community association law representing several large communities throughout the metropolitan Detroit area.. Prior to starting Senawi Law, PLLC, David worked for two medium sized litigation firms and was a clerk for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office. David has also been an adjunct faculty member for the law practice programs for Western Michigan University Cooley Law School teaching Pre-Trial Skills.. David earned his B.A in Business Administration from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, where he spent a semester studying International Business Management in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. He earned his J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. As a law student, David was Vice President of the Student Bar Association, voted Best Litigator in the Intra-School Mock Trial Competition, and was honored with the prestigious Leadership Achievement Award upon graduation..
