Kevin Rush Bio
I have been practicing law for almost 25 years, and mostly at the highest levels. As a trial attorney who has tried dozens of capital and severe offenses before juries, I have found that it is the JURY TRIAL experience which is necessary for an attorney to be skilled, prepared and successful. Any attorney can fix a traffic ticket, but when necessary, a client needs to have an attorney who will battle and win, who has been there before and provide the client with alternatives. In the past three years alone, I have been successful is having multiple capital offense crimes (murder, assault with intent to murder, armed robbery, carjacking, etc.) dismissed after taking over the defense or the client was found not guilty. I have tried divorce, custody and support cases my entire career, and have often said that there is no more important cases on our dockets that those dealing with the custody and welfare of our children. Recent case law makes it imperitive that the client understands that custodial orders will not be changed without substancial and compelling reasons, so you need to get it right the first time. Further, I have recovered over a million dollars in my career in personal injury cases for my clients. You need the confidence in knowing that your attorney has been there before, because these are real courtrooms, real juries and real outcomes that can effect your entire life.
