Mr. Fasel graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame, Law School, obtaining his highly specialized Master of Law (LL.M.) degree in International and Comparative Law. While studying in London, U.K., he was taught by the world's leading international faculty and professionals and gained a specialized understanding and practice in the areas of International Trade, Carriage of Goods by Sea, Latin American Trade, European Intellectual Property, European Union Law and European/United States Comparative Sales Law. In addition, he wrote his thesis on the emerging necessity of the introduction of the electronic bill of lading.
