While practicing before the State Medical Board of Ohio, Damion handled matters involving the appropriate standard of care, chemical dependency, application fraud, actions by other states, acts constituting a felony, licensure and mental impairment cases. Damion has also successfully argued many cases before the Ohio Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal.
