Ricky Gordon served the City of Parkland as Vice Mayor/City Commissioner from 1991 to 2004; Planning and Zoning Board Member 1990-1991; and, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Vice Chair from 1990-1991.. Ricky Gordon was born in New York and moved to Florida in 1966 at age 11. He grew up on Miami Beach and has lived in Broward County since graduating from college in 1977.
