Mr. Benefield, was my supposed lawyer, I fell in my office at cruise.com. he was assigned as my attorney, he does not have a full staff, his receptionist is very rude, I was sent to doctors 1./1/2 hours from my office I was charged PTO for leaving to go to doctors, I needed to take time off being in so much pain I was going to take short term disability, Mr. Benenfeld said no because I'm making so much money, I was losing money, he made me settle for$6.000 now 8 years later I am a cripple ARTHRITIS IN MY spine AND AM ON social security. I WOULD DEFENETLY NOT HIRE THIS CROOK, he really works for workman's comp and your company HE WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU. GET A REAL LAWYER!!!!
