I'm one of the few Attorneys in the area that practices 'true' foreclosure defense. That means that I can do more than simply file bankruptcy for you (last resort).. Most bankrutpcy attorneys want you to file bankruptcy as quickly as possible (to pay them as quickly as possible). There are often far better options (far more time consuming).. I'm also a very good real estate Attorney, because I understand these many intricate processes.
