Eager to become a trial lawyer, he then worked as a litigation associate at Reback, McAndrews, Kjar, Warford & Stockalper where he defended medical and legal malpractice cases. In 2018 Jon joined Kjar, McKenna & Stockalper where he became a partner. After a decade as a defense lawyer, Jon began representing plaintiffs in 2021 at El Dabe | Ritter Trial Lawyers, focusing on representing victims with catastrophic injuries.
