My practice includes a mixture of family law and civil litigation cases.  In the family law arena, I have experience with divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, paternity and relinquishment and adoption issues.  In the civil litigation arena, I focus primarily on contract disputes, including the protection of contract rights of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.  I have experience in probate and in estate planning for small estates which do not require federal tax planning.. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing and traveling.  These adventures have taken me to Vietnam and Cambodia and to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.  I have also been to all 50 of the United States.
