Attorney Joel A. Cannon, Jr. received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Texas and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxvile, Tennesse in 1998.  He associated with the Law office of Piper, Waters and Witt and began to hone his legal skills as a litigator.
