Angela also serves on the LA County Equity Oversight Commission, a panel of expert attorneys who review the County’s human resources and equity investigations.. In recent years, Angela has worked on some of the most compelling projects in Los Angeles, including serving as a co-Administrator for the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for the So-Fi Stadium where the LA Rams and Chargers football teams play; in the wake of the “Me Too” movement, Angela has worked with the Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA) to assist in updating its member policies relating to the reporting of claims of sexual harassment; and serving as the Compliance Manager for the multi-billion dollar LAMP construction project at LAX. She also worked in-house as General Counsel, Chief Operating & HR Officer for the LA Urban League.. Angela has extensive experience in the government, civic, community, and non-profit sectors. She has run for and served in public office and has served on numerous public and non-profit sector boards and commissions..
