Prior to becoming an associate attorney with Ramsay Law Firm, PLLC, Jud previously worked for the Wright County Public Defender’s Office, the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, and another well-reputed private criminal defense firm in the twin cities. He has worked on hundreds of different criminal cases, ranging from bail hearings to jury trials.. He achieved his first Not Guilty verdict while still in law school. Afterwards, a supervising attorney told him, “Cherish those words, because you probably will not be hearing them again anytime soon.” Less than a year later, he heard them again after an assault jury trial in Wright County. He also heard them in his first month at Ramsay Law Firm, PPLC, when Jud second-chaired a felony jury trial that resulted in a Not Guilty verdict.. Jud has successfully had several cases dismissed by challenging illegal stops, searches, seizures, and arrests. He understands that criminal defense is about protecting the constitutional rights afforded to every person, and he is committed to upholding those rights.. By traveling throughout Latin America and Spain, Jud learned to speak Spanish. He believes communication, collaboration, and straight-forwardness are all crucial to presenting, and winning, cases.

Joshua London, Esq. is a criminal defense attorney and the lead attorney at the law firm of London Defense, PLLC. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2014 and was licensed to practice in Minnesota in 2014, Mr. London served as a Law Clerk with Brockton D. Hunter, P.A. and then spent 3 years   as an Associate Attorney with the firm. While in law school, he also served as a certified student attorney with the Ramsey County Public Defender's Office in St. Paul, Minnesota and was the President of The University of St. Thomas’s Jewish Law Students Association. Joshua was on the St. Thomas William E. McGee Civil Rights and Evan A. Evans Constitutional Law Moot Court Teams, and was on the Dean’s List for Trial Advocacy in his final year at St. Thomas. His article, Why Are We Killing Veterans?, was published in the University of St. Thomas Law Journal 2015 edition. In the early years of his career, Mr. London served as the Operations Officer of the Veterans Defense Project, a non-profit organization founded to advocate for the vigorous legal defense of military veterans facing criminal charges. In his position, Mr. London played an essential role in editing and publishing the legal treatise, The Attorney’s Guide to Defending Veterans in Criminal Court, a comprehensive manual to the art and science of defending criminally involved combat veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, substance abuse, or other service-related disorders. This treatise brings together preeminent experts from the fields of law, medicine, social work, psychology, and psychiatry to provide practitioners with the knowledge and tools to provide effective, vigorous representation of veteran-defendants. Althought Joshua London no longer works with the VDP, he continues to provide representation for military veterans and active military.
