In 1996, she joined the law firm of Martinez, Manglardi and Diez-Arguelles.  In 2002, she become one of the youngest women to be Board Certified in the State of Florida.  That same year she was named a full parter at the law firm and the name was changed to Martinez, Manglardi, Diez-Arguelles & Tejedor.. Marchella was born in Hillsboro, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in Political Science.. She moved to Florida in 2014 and has been with the Coye Law Firm for two years.
