Mr. RC Pate is a criminal defense lawyer and was born and raised in Corpus Christi. He grew up watching his father in trial as both an attorney and later a Judge. After attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, Mr. Pate moved to San Antonio to attend Trinity University where he received his BA majoring in both physics and religion while receiving minors in mathematics and philosophy.. After Graduating Trinity University, Mr. Pate stayed in San Antonio for a couple years performing as the house band for the local venue, The White Rabbit. Eventually he entered Law School at the University of Houston. While there, he had clerkships with a Bankruptcy Judge, The Attorney General’s Ofce, and eventually the Texas Supreme Court. Mr. Flores, a native of South Texas, led a nomadic upbringing, spending much of his early life working on ranches and farms across northern Mexico, South Texas, and the American Midwest. He moved to Austin in 2004 to attend the University of Texas, where he studied journalism, political science, European history, and international relations. He graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism in 2008 and moved to San Antonio to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law.. Jonathan Michell leads our San Antonio office as a former prosecutor with more than fourteen years of experience trying cases to juries in Texas. Attorney Jason Todd served 11 years in the Bexar County Criminal District Attorney's Office under 3 elected District Attorneys, eventually supervising a District Court in the Family Violence Unit. His experience includes Juvenile, White Collar/Public Integrity, DWI/Vehicular Crimes Task Force, and the Criminal Trial Division.. Jason arrived in San Antonio with his family in 2005 after teaching high school social studies in New Haven, Connecticut for 5 years.
