There is a reason I was nomiated one of the "10 Best" Attorneys for Nebraska by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys in 2015.. Having worked directly with the Douglas County District Court judges for two years as their research attorney and having been the first chair attorney on hundreds of cases before the court at hearings and trials, I have both the research experience and courtroom experience background to advise my clients of their best options in their legal matters.  I know many of the Omaha-area attorneys and tailor my approach in trying to resolve each case by knowing how best to work with opposing counsel to get the best results for my clients.  If we can't resolve a matter, I'm ready to fight and have previously argued up to and before the Nebraska Supreme Court.

I started my own law firm in 2006 after believing that I can do a better job assisting my clents on my own.  I have grown to having 4 attorneys at the firm and doing our best to provide VIP service to all our clients.  Going through a divorce or being in a car accident can be very emotional and so we are here to guide our clients through the rigorous process so that our clients can get their life back on track.  We are always blessed to have clients who trust our ability to get the job done.
