I also assist businesses with entity formation, restructuring, acquisitions, tax matters, and asset protection planning. Before joining Kahn & Licker, LLP, I worked in the title insurance field. I focus my law practice on assisting clients in the areas of real estate, business, landlord/tenant, business, wills and condominium law.

Michael B.
