Kenneth C. Russell, Jr. (“Ken”) is the founder of Russell Law. Ken was raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and attended Freedom High School, Franklin & Marshall College and Temple Law School. At Temple Law School, he was a member of the Temple Law Review as well as the Moot Court Honor Society. After law school, he began working at Baker & McKenzie in Washington D.C. (which was and continues to be the world’s largest law firm) where he represented large multinational corporations doing business overseas.. Presently, Ken focuses his practice on Estate Planning and Administration as well as representations of numerous businesses both large and small for a variety of their legal matters. Ken is active in the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.. Ken is married to Maureen and they have four children, Justin, Erin, Nathan and Benjamin. He is a board member of Llanerch Hills Baseball, has coached baseball and softball as well as some other sports for his children’s teams. In 2011, he coached the Llanerch Hills 8 year old team to a Pennsylvania State title.

Michael D. Recchiuti is a lifelong resident of Bethlehem, PA where he graduated from Freedom High School in 1995.  Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from The Pennsylvania State University in 1999 and his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University in 2003.  Mike is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Bar Association of Lehigh County.  Mike is admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Federal Court.Before opening his own firm, Mike practiced with two local Lehigh Valley firms.  During this time, Mike represented several local municipalities in addition to numerous individuals and businesses in various legal matters.  Overall, Mike has almost 10 years of experience practicing law in the Lehigh Valley.  Mike is an elected member of Bethlehem City Council.  He is also active in many civic and political organizations.  Mike previously served as a member of the Board of Directors with the Bethlehem Parking Authority.

I am passionate about serving others. After careers in the military and federal government, I pursued a law degree while working as a senior consultant to the federal government.. My daughter, Ashley, is a special needs person and has been a great influence in my life. As Ashley grew older, it became apparent that my wife and I would need to carefully plan for Ashley’s future. Like many parents, we had no idea where to start and fumbled our way through the system. That experience played a large part in my decision to practice law and help families with their estate planning and other legal needs.. We first moved to Prince William County in 1997 and are proud to call Dale City our home.. I graduated magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. In addition to the mandatory coursework, I focused my studies on Arbitration Law, Elder Law, Estates and Trusts, Family Mediation, and Bankruptcy Law.
