My mission is just like the overall mission of Inter Vivos: to provide the best estate planning services to all people for a price they all can afford. I am passionate about helping people with Estate Planning. Everyone needs it, but most don’t realize it. I hope to educate people on its importance. My family still lives in Phoenix.. 2.       Where to you attend law school and when did you graduate?. I went to BYU Law School. Graduated in December 2015.. 3.        Did you receive any honors or special recognitions?. Not from Law School. I graduated early. I did graduate with Honors from BYU undergrad and have a Masters degree in Education as well.. 4.       Are you married? Do you have children? How many?. Yes I have been married to Ashley Heid for 19 years.  We have 4 children.. 5.       What are your hobbies and interests?. I love sports, especially baseball. I pitched for BYU’s baseball team from 1999-2005. I was a high school Social Studies teacher and baseball coach for 8 years before making a career change and becoming an attorney. I love spending time with my family, reading, camping, being outdoors, and watching and playing sports.. 6.       Do you have any military or community service experiences?. Mostly church service. I served an LDS mission to Hiroshima, Japan. I have been involved in local politics, scouts, athletics, and other organizations.

Jillian Caires is a native of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho where she graduated from Lake City High School in 2004.  Jillian attended Washington State University, graduating in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. In 2010, Jillian began law school at Gonzaga University School of Law. Jillian earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga in 2012, magna cum laude. In law school Jillian was a member of the Mugel National Tax Moot Court Team and the Gonzaga Journal of International Law; Jillian was awarded the top grade in Legal Research and Writing, Estate Planning, Community Property, Criminal Procedure, and Animal Law.. Following law school, Jillian served two years serving as law clerk to the Honorable Benjamin Simpson, District Judge, First Judicial District of the State of Idaho. During her clerkship Jillian had the opportunity to work on numerous complex civil and criminal matters.. Sara Barr Entis, Attorney (Licensed in VA, DC and MD). Like Evan, Sara attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1992.  Sara then received her law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law in 1997.  Sara handles Probate and Trust administration for the Farr Law Firm, and is also part of our Estate Planing and Elder Law team.
