Darius received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from National University in 1991 and was admitted by the Supreme Court of the State of California to practice law in 1992. Darius’ undergraduate work was in the field of chemistry. He is very involved in local, charitable organizations to which he donates his time pro bono. He is currently the President of the San Marcos Lions Club Foundation and a Board Member of the San Marcos Economic Development Corporation, a City committee formed by the City of San Marcos to advise the San Marcos City Council and Staff regarding issues concerning economic development. Darius was also recently appointed by the City Council of San Marcos to the General Plan Amendment Committee. The committee was formed to assist in the update of the City’s general plan which will form the guidelines for the remaining development in the City of San Marcos before reaching build-out. I am a third generation lawyer. Both my grandfather and father practiced law in Johnstown PA, where I grew up.. Both sides of my family settled in southwestern PA over 150 years ago, so my roots run deep. My grandparents lived within walking distance, and genealogy was a family pastime. After serving three years as a deputy district attorney in Humboldt County, California, he transitioned into litigation, where he has practiced in the Bay Area in diverse areas, including but not limited to, general insurance defense, personal injury defense, construction defect law, professional liability, and product liability. He joined Burroughs and Froneberger in 2014, and the partnership of Froneberger and Leviloff was founded in 2016. Allie Etchebehere was born in Reno, Nevada.  She attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where she obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Spanish with an emphasis in Business Administration.   While in law school, Allie completed judicial externships with the Honorable Gregg Zive at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, and with the Honorable Tomar Mason at the Superior Court in the County of San Francisco.. In addition to obtaining the top grade in her Legal Research and Writing Analysis class, Allie was part of the team that took second place in the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association Mock Trial Competition.  She also spent time working at the USF Investor Justice Clinic, where she helped small investors file claims with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.. After graduation from law school, Allie spent over a year as a law clerk for the Honorable Elliott A. Sattler at the Second Judicial District Court in Reno, Nevada.  While working for Judge Sattler, Allie worked on a range of civil and criminal cases.. Allie is licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada.  She is also a commissioned California Notary Public.  In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, traveling, trying new restaurants, reading, and writing.
