Delia Ledesma is an associate in the firm's Family Law practice group, where she focuses her practice on divorce, custody, and the trial of family law matters. Delia is completely bilingual in Spanish and performs all legal work effectively and efficiently in both languages.. Prior to joining the Van Winkle Law Firm, Delia worked in private practice as an immigration attorney, and also as a family law attorney. Most recently, Delia worked as a domestic violence and family law attorney for Legal Aid of North Carolina, gaining significant trial experience. Prior to graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2016, Delia obtained a B.A. in both English and Psychology from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
