Life insurance

I (25m) location: Florida, am going for a colonoscopy in two weeks due to a lot of signs of colorectal cancer popping up with a family history of it. Haven’t been diagnosed with anything yet. Am I able to still get life insurance before this appointment, that way if I am diagnosed with it, my family will be taken care of if I pass away from it?
