Michaile J. Berg is a Phoenix native and received her B.S., summa cum laude, from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2005 and J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2009.. While in law school, Mrs. Berg served as a law clerk for a regional law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, where she assisted in the creation and implementation of a nationwide document retention project for the firm’s Document Control Group.
