Brad J. Williams specializes in felony and misdemeanor Criminal Defense. He is the first and only NCDD Board Certified DUI Defense Specialist in the State of Arkansas (and one of only 51 in the United States). Also, in 2016, Brad became the first and only lawyer in the State of Arkansas to be designated by the American Chemical Society - Chemistry and the Law Division as a "Forensic Lawyer Scientist."Brad is from Little Rock and is a graduate of Catholic High School, Hendrix College, and the William H. Bowen School of Law. He is also a graduate of the Trial Practice Institute of the National Criminal Defense College (NCDC) at Mercer University School of Law. Graduating as a Student Athlete from Northeastern State in 2008 and from the University of Arkansas School of Law in December of 2014, Ben passed the Arkansas BAR exam and went to work for the Washington County Public Defender's Office. During his time there, he handled thousands of cases and gained immense trial experience. He was then selected by one of the largest criminal firms in Northwest Arkansas due to his ability to take cases to trial, negotiate the best deals possible and keep his clients out of jail. Well, it's not really about me at all, is it? If you've found me on Avvo, you're either researching attorneys or have heard about me and wanted to check me out.. Either way, welcome!
