Alex graduated cum laude from University of Western Ontario, in London Ontario in 1985 with a BSC in Mathematics & Statistics with an Honors degree in Actuarial Science.  His first job was with Executive Life Insurance Company in Santa Monica California in 1986 as a member of the Research and Development for Executive Life Insurance where he performed product promotion and public relations, researched, analyzed and reviewed statistical data for various insurance related products.Knowing that he could do more with his skill set, Alex returned to school in 1990 to pursue his education in law and in 1995 graduated from the Glendale University College of Law and successfully passed his bar examination on his first attempt.  While attending law school, he worked as a project and office manager at a local construction firm, clerked at the law office of George C.
