I started my career as a civil litigator in a small firm. I did this for less than a year and instead pursued my passion for being in the courtroom and helping people by becoming a Deputy Public Defender for the County of Riverside. I practiced criminal defense with the Public Defender’s Office for over five years, handling thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies.
