Jeremy J. Schroeder was born in Sacramento, California. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1999, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002.
