In 2019 his teamreceived a $23.9 million verdict on behalf of an injured child involving a defectivefetal heart monitoring device. The verdict was upheld on appeal, ultimatelysettling for $26.2 million.. Mr. Yuhl runs a variety of the firm’s Mass Tort matters involving defective drugs,medical devices, and rail accidents.
