Adina T. Stern has been a member of the California Bar since 1983 when she graduated from Southwestern University Law School with honors. Ms. Stern has been recognized as one of Orange County’s “Top Lawyers” by OC Metro Magazine for the past three years in a row and has an extremely high success ratio in cases which have not settled before or during litigation or arbitration.. Ms. Stern has been a long time member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Trial Lawyers and was the editor of that organization's quarterly legal journal, The Gavel. She has written a number of "how to" articles for that publication and she is also active in the Constitutional Rights Foundation and has coached the Mock Trial team at Mission Viejo High School.. Adina Stern's background has made her uniquely qualified to represent clients in a wide variety of industries. Ms. Stern was raised on a race horse farm and continues to be involved in the equine world today. She understands horses and horsemen and has worked on equine legal issues in California and Kentucky. Prior to attending law school Ms. Stern worked for her family's construction and development company and through this experience developed an in depth understanding of the real estate and construction industries as well.. During law school Ms. Stern was an extern law clerk to the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and served as the Executive Editor of the Southwestern University Law Review. While in law school she was awarded many honors including being named the Best Advocate in the Western United States in the Jessup International Law Moot Court competition and being awarded both the Thomas Bradley and Ida Reese scholarships.. After completing law school Ms. Stern practiced law with one of Beverly Hills’ largest and most prestigious law firms, Cooper, Epstein & Hurewitz. In 1992 she formed her own Beverly Hills law firm. Ms. Stern opened an Orange County office in 1998. Since that time, Ms. Stern has made Orange County her home.

Aida S. Macedo is a practicing plaintiff's attorney. Previously she was an Equal Justice Works Legal Fellow with Central California Legal Services focusing on providing free legal assistance to low-income communities in rural California. She graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Irvine “UCI” with her B.A. in Political Science and Chicana/o studies and her law degree from the University of California, Davis. During her time at UCI she was a Congressional intern in Washington, DC working on national policy. In law school she worked on civil rights litigation at various public interest organizations and worked as a law clerk and extern for United States District Judges, the Honorable Lawrence K. Karlton and the Honorable Fernando M. Olguin as well as former California Supreme Court Justice Cruz Reynoso.. During her time in California’s Central Valley she launched a successful Election Protection Project to protect voting rights and the Central Valley Unaccompanied Minors Collaborative for immigrant children needing pro bono legal representation. She is an active member of the Eastern District Pro Bono Panel, the Fresno County Bar Association, Fresno County Women Lawyers, La Raza Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Central California Trial Lawyers Association.. Ms. Macedo has been selected as a member of the Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars and The Top Women Attorneys in Northern California lists since 2017. In 2018 she was awarded "Pro Bono Attorney of the Year" by the Fresno County Bar Association.
