My work in the area of contract law ranges from reviewing existing contracts to drafting them from scratch with appropriate provisions for the case at hand, and litigation of breach of contract issues.. In business law, I can assist clients with choosing and forming an appropriate business entity (corporation, LLC, partnership, etc.) and with litigation of issues including breach of contract, fraud, negligence, indemnity, etc. I have also assisted in the sale of numerous local businesses from the letter of intent stage through completion of asset purchase agreements.
