Jay P Mykytiuk is an experienced trial attorney who primarily represents defendants charged with criminal and traffic offenses in state and federal courts in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. He was trained in criminal trial defense at the Arlington County Public Defender’s Office, where he handled hundreds of criminal and traffic misdemeanors and felonies from reckless driving to attempted murder.
