In fact, Josh met his Wife, LeeAnn, when she was working for her Grandmother, the Gilmer County Clerk of Superior Court.. Josh is a native of North Georgia with family ties to the community dating into the early 1800’s. Josh is intimately familiar with local area and values, granting him insight into the procedures and attitudes of the local juries, courts, politicians, judges, and prosecutors.. After graduating Kennesaw State University with honors, Josh Attended Florida Coastal School of Law where he graduated in the top 20% of his class, and won numerous awards for his knowledge and excellence in Criminal law, Advocacy, and Trial Skills.Having gained experience in 2 Judges’ offices, a Federal Prosecutor’s Office, and having Practiced law himself, Josh brings a unique perspective to each case that many lawyers simply cannot.. Josh now focuses his practice on fighting for clients who need help with DUI, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury..
