As the third child born to Serbian immigrants and knowing first-hand the challenges faced by working class families navigating a complicated system of laws, I seek to simplify the process and help families by minimizing the stress of the legal system.. In 2007, I went into private practice concentrating in probate administration, elder law, and estate planning. I opened a second office location in 2008 and two years later became licensed to practice in Indiana.. I believe in working together towards a common goal and always being mindful of the client's particular needs during the course of our relationship. I enjoy talking to my clients and taking the time necessary for clients to fully understand their options.. Creating a mindful workplace is important to me as a business owner and leader. Within my office, my employees and I are trained to utilize technology to reduce waste where possible and everyone is encouraged to develop healthy habits for themselves and the environment.. In this industry, continuous education is essential and each year we dedicate hours in excess of the minimum legal education credits required by the state. My office is limited to practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, and elder law because I prefer to excel in a few areas than address new issues among many different fields of law.
