Barry Mills is a native of Newport, Maine. After graduating from the University of Maine in 1962, he worked a stint as reporter for the Bangor Daily News and one year as English teacher at Clinton High School. He graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 1967. He has practiced his entire career with Hale & Hamlin..
