As stated my wife of 25 yrs has been in and out of an inpatient alcohol rehabilitation center twice over the last 1.5 yrs. Shes been away from home for a total of 6 mo combined & is seeking legal separation. I’ve stuck by her side & supported her emotionally, physically and financially through a debilitating chronic disease resulting in the ultimate loss of her career, traffic accident where she was struck by a car on the highway as a pedestrian, resulting physical and emotional issues (PTSD) and most recently her dependence on alcohol. Our kids are now young adults so no custody issues. Because of her early health issues draining us financially we signed our house over to her father (we still made the payments) so on paper it looks as if we rent but I have receipts for major repairs, appliances etc. She told me during my last visit at rehab that she doesn’t feel supported so she is seeking a legal separation and told me “you have your truck and camper” when I asked her where she expects me to go and then added that I “have 30 days to leave before she gets back. My lawyer told me that you don’t want to fight this, because I’m on disability I’ll be awarded everything” including a large alimony. This has absolutely blindsided me, our 2 kids (21yo son still lives at home with us), our friends including her own aunt & uncle that 2 doors down and…

Location: Ohio We live in one side of a duplex, the other side is occupied by our landlord's mentally unstable son- he's become paranoid that we're doing things to bother him (we're not) and as a direct result our landlord has decided to terminate our lease. We are complying with this request even though we technically only got a 29 day notice and have found a new place, we'll be gone before September 1st. August rent was paid prior to the notice to vacate, we haven't had any other notices or communications with the landlord prior to this other than paying rent on time every month. Landlord sent an email yesterday asking for photos of the house to show a prospective new tenant. We declined, since we're in the process of moving so everything is a mess and full of boxes and honestly I feel no obligation to help her. At 9:10pm she sent an email informing us she will be here in the morning to take photos herself. We went ahead and took some photos and sent them to her and reminded her she needs to give a 24 hour notice to enter while we're still tenants. She was unsatisfied with the photos and says she'll be here in the morning. I intend to record the interaction if she shows up, I'm not sure how this will escalate but I would like some guidance on what I should be doing to hold her accountable if our rights are infringed…

He also asked me to send pictures of my private parts which I just sent screenshots from the hub. And I’ve been researching and that can technically be considered sending porn to a minor even though he demanded to see photos of my body and sent me pics of him without warning. It can also be considered cp because he sent me dick pics while he was also a minor. Once again, I never asked him to do this. location: Ohio I work at a private manufacturing facility and I'm in a union bargaining unit. Last month I received a written warning for attendance points. I thought some of the points were being calculated incorrectly because our schedule had changed with very little notice, so during lunch I showed the write-up to two coworkers and asked whether they'd had the same thing happen. Both said they'd recently received points under similar circumstances. We compared the dates and later brought it up with our union steward because it looked like the issue might affect more people than just me. Management found out that I had shown the write-up to coworkers. Yesterday I received another written warning for "sharing confidential disciplinary information." HR told me disciplinary documents are confidential workplace records and aren't supposed to be discussed with other employees. The document didn't contain anyone else's information. It was my name, my attendance dates, the policy they said I violated and the discipline issued to me. Our steward says they can't order employees not to discuss their own discipline when they're comparing working conditions with coworkers. Can the company legally discipline me for showing and discussing my own write-up with other employees, or would that be protected union/concerted activity?
