I am often asked why I would choose to be a domestic attorney. I will openly admit that family law can be contentious and straining at times. Even where children are not involved, aiding clients in focusing on their future rather than the past can lead to a much less stressful and less expensive resolution to their matrimonial issues, something I take great pride in accomplishing. Of course, in family law, negotiations can often break down or are not possible due to various factors.
