We do a lot of motor vehicle accidents. Some may be car accident cases. Several of those car accident cases are situations where our clients are bringing the claim against another driver who is at fault. In certain circumstances, we will be bringing a claim against the clients own insurance company. This would incur when the at-fault party does not have insurance or doesn’t have adequate insurance coverage to compensate my client.We also do a lot of motorcycle accidents. I am an avid motorcyclist that has been riding most of my life. I understand the problems that face motorcyclist out on the highway. It can be extremely dangerous and hazardous.. We also do truck accidents. Now, we do represent truck drivers, but we also represent a lot of people who have been injured due to the negligent conduct of truck drivers. Those cases present a lot of interesting issues. As soon as the accident occurs, within the hour, the trucking company has somebody on scene. So you need someone who is taking care of your rights just like the trucking companies are there for their truck driver.We also do slip and fall cases.
