Virtual Office , Boston and Providence , Rhode Island
Practice Areas: Employment & Labor
I provide excellent counsel to clients on employment related issues.. I focus my proctice on employment contract review for phyisicians, health care professionals, and others.  This inlcudes review of the contract, consultation with the client to discuss all aspects of the contract, and a written analysis which can be shared wit hthe employer /potential employer.  I also have experience guiding physicians through the partnership buy-in process.. Other services I offer include counsel on employment-related matters for employees, transational matters for small businesses such as entity formation and drafting of policies and contracts, and general compliance.. I first gained experience practicing employment law while managing cases involving various health professionals.  I represented the Massachusetts Department of Public Health in cases where the Department sought to revoke CNA and EMT licenses due to evidence of patient abuse or neglect.  Additionally, I worked on cases where state employees alleged discriminatory practices against the Commonwealth as their employer.  I received additional exposure to civil rights and discrimination issues as a volunteer at GLAD (Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders), where I educated community members regarding their rights as employees and tenants.  I have experience litigating cases in administrative fora and in probate and family court.. Most recently, I worked in employment litigation, managing all aspects of discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, negotiating settlements, and assisting in depositions.. I decided to open my own law firm in order to have more freedom to practice law in the areas that most interest me, and to create a work-life balance that is meaningful to me.  I enjoy learning new things and taking on challenges, and have never owned my own business until now.  I'm very excited and thankful to be able to start this chapter of my career. I am licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

I founded Enright Law to help employees enforce their rights. With over a decade of experience at one of Rhode Island's premier law firms, I have unique insights into how to maximize my individual clients' recoveries in their disputes with employers. My background also ensures that Enright Law's clients will have an unflinching and assured advocate in their corner.. I understand that many individuals, especially those anticipating a legal battle with a large company, believe that enforcing their employment rights is a burdensome and expensive process with limited chance of success. But I founded Enright Law on one fundamental principle: providing affordable and sophisticated legal representation to those most susceptible to abusive tactics by employers. With Enright Law, victims of employee rights violations can now easily and affordably have those violations remedied.  Enright Law advises and represents clients facing employee rights issues including:. I graduated from the University of Rhode Island and Roger Williams University School of Law.  Afterwards, I accepted a clerkship with a Rhode Island Superior Court Justice and then practiced litigation with Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, a 50+ attorney Providence law firm.  I have been named a Super Lawyer or Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2009 and serve on the RI Bar Association Labor and Employment Committee and Federal Bench Bar Committee.  During the drafting of the State Plan on Alzheimer's, I served as Chair of the Legal Issues Subcommittee and served as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association of Rhode Island for a number of years, including as Chair of its Advocacy Committee.
