Hello! Location: Tennessee My sibling and their partner got into a domestic situation and there is a court ordered separation for them until the court date— No calling, texting, visiting etc. My sibling has been 100% compliant in this law because they were the one charged. However, their ex partner keeps posting pictures of them together even though they are not. It looks like violation of the court order, but I can 100% assure it’s not true as they are living with me at the moment. Are there any legal issues with this to bring up to lawyer? I don’t want them to get arrested for this even though it’s completely false.

If someone was arrested on misdemeanor charges in Tennessee and the crime happened in Virginia…. Waiver to extradite was signed 12 days ago but still no transfer…. Is that normal? I could understand if it was a felony or more serious but this seems a bit absurd. Was hoping for some context from anyone who would know? Much appreciated! Location: VA
