Hey everyone, I’m looking for some legal guidance on a nightmare situation with my 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid (Limited Trim) LOCATION: Houston, Texas My A/C fails completely whenever I drive at highway speeds (60+ mph) or accelerate, blowing warm air (65–75°F). Oddly enough, it only works when completely stopped or crawling in traffic. In the Houston heat and humidity, this has been brutal. The sudden temp change causes severe cabin fogging, and my 20-month-old baby even developed a severe heat rash. I have multiple videos recording infrared thermometer readings and pediatrician notes. The Current Situation & Red Flags: Took it in over 10 times since March. Replaced the A/C Compressor, Temp Control Actuator, and Evaporator Assembly under warranty, but it’s still broken. The dealer held my car for nearly 2 full months total with barely any loaner support. Every time the car was at the shop, all my dashcam footage was wiped. I also found a repair quote from a completely different dealership sitting behind my passenger seat after a test drive. HMA (Hyundai) denied my Buyback request. I consulted a local Lemon Law attorney here in Texas, but they informed me that my case doesn't meet the specific Texas Lemon Law criteria. My Questions: Since I was told the Texas Lemon Law isn't an option for me, I'm completely lost on what to do next. Are there other legal avenues or consumer protection options (outside of state Lemon Law) that cover a manufacturer failing to fix a safety defect…

I know nothing about law but this is what happened My wife needed emergency dental work done. She thought she didn’t have insurance so she was talked into using the dental clinics private insurance and paying about $2500 The next day I pulled up her work provided insurance and had her go back to see if they could re-file the charge to the correct insurance. They did and then said we would be issued a refund for $1300…. At first they said it would take 2 weeks, then they said it could take up to 6 weeks, now it’s been like 3 months and we’ve been having the run around over and over again without getting a refund… We tried to file a dispute with our bank, but our bank decided to deny the claim for not having enough information about the case… So what do we do now? Do I google lawyers nearby to take them to small claims court? I don’t know anything about how this works. Location: Texas
