Jacob relates to his clients because he knows the importance of a job. Jacob grew up in a poor family, and as a child he personally experienced how unemployment and underemployment can lead to homelessness. Jacob also worked for the Department of Justice and the Commonwealth’s Attorney in Loudoun County, Virginia where he prosecuted criminal cases..
