While in law school, Rina enjoyed a clinical placement with the Honorable Judge Henry E. Hudson at the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Virginia, where she observed court proceedings and researched, wrote, and edited memorandum opinions. In a special seminar, Rina extensively researched corruption in the Olympics and the implications for the 2016 Rio Games, co-authoring an initial essay in 2014 as well as a final report forthcoming in spring 2016. Additionally, Rina engaged in a pro bono placement with the Richmond Global Health Alliance. Rina was also a member of the McNeill Law Society, the Thomas Jefferson Intellectual Property American Inn of Court, and the Women’s Law Student Association, and served as a board member of the Student Intellectual Property Association..
