I was originally admitted to practice in New York in 1973, and worked as a staff attorney at the Federal Trade Commission. I am and have been a partner in the Seattle law firm of Vortman & Feinstein since 1990. Prior to that, I was a partner at Steiner & Feinstein, until Samuel Steiner was appointed a federal Bankruptcy Judge. I practice exclusively in all phases of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 Bankruptcy since 1975.. I am a Board Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist and a Board Certified Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification and have been since 1992..
