Westin McLean was born in Seattle and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He graduated from the University of Oregon, earning a Bachelor of Science, with honors, in Business Administration. He then returned to the University of Oregon for law school, where he graduated with Order of the Coif honors. Captain Thomas Lether is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound and the University of Puget Sound Law School. He has been involved in insurance and commercial litigation since 1988.
